Our website subscription plans are based on a minimum of 12 months. A 30 day notice period will allow you to cancel after this period.

Website support is included in our website packages, so you can have peace of mind that your website will be looked after technically.

Depending on your chosen website plan, we offer a LITE support package and a STANDARD support package.

For LITE Support we will respond to technical issues during business hours with a 24 hours response time available.

For STANDARD Support all issues will be responded to within a 4 hours period and you will have coverage 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

We have a number of ways package plans can be paid for. Most of our clients pay monthly via Direct Debit. But, you can also spread the cost by quarter or even annually. We also accept payment by standing order direct from your bank.

When building your website, we offer two different page packages.

Our LITE Page Package includes the following: Home page, About page Contact page, Treatment page, Privacy page.

Our STANDARD Page Package includes the following: Home page, About page Contact page, Treatment page, Privacy page PLUS we also include Meet the Team page, Gallery Page, Cookie page, Sitemap page, FAQ page, Booking & Cancellation Terms page.

Technical issues can happen, resulting in needing to update or even reinstall a website. Hopefully that won’t happen to you, but if it did, we have backups on place just in case. The amount of backups we do is dependent on the website package you choose.
